This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the primary expert, collaborating with clients to grasp their data and reporting needs and effectively communicating these to our engineering team.
• Inform customers through multiple channels, including email, blog posts, and webinars, ensuring they possess the knowledge necessary for success.
• Offer extensive analytics support, enabling customers with self-service tools and resources to access their data.
• Address critical business and infrastructure challenges through ad hoc analyses, insightful inquiries, and data extraction.
• Assist customers in transferring our data to their platforms and tools, accommodating various local environments.
• Work in close collaboration with the product team, ensuring that customer feedback informs our product development.
• Partner with our data engineering team to design robust data structures and dependable data pipelines.
• Actively seek and prioritize technical feedback through customer engagement.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare data, including areas such as revenue cycle/claims, patient access, quality data, or interoperability.
• At least 3 years of experience in payer-provider managed care contracting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, mathematical, and creative thinking abilities that will be vital in developing impactful solutions.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
• A commitment to producing consistent, high-quality, and accurate work at a rapid pace.
• Proficient communication and collaboration abilities across various seniority levels and functions.
• Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills that will shine when working with customers to help them achieve their objectives.
• Expertise in data modeling, large-scale data processing, and Excel that will shape our data solutions.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau that will enhance the customer experience.
• Your analytical and creative thought processes will drive impactful solutions to complex business challenges.
