Teamcenter Consultant – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in the implementation and configuration of Teamcenter (Siemens).

• Set up and parameterize modules associated with product lifecycle management (PLM).

• Oversee complete implementations, from initial conception to industrialization.

• Design and facilitate processes for Product Development, Specifications & Regulatory Management, Pre-production, Pilot, and First Production.

• Configure and manage Bills of Materials (BOM) - both preliminary and final versions.

• Calculate production yield effectively.

• Execute and enhance Document and Digital Asset Management, as well as Workflows, Approvals, and Governance.

• Ensure traceability, standardization, and control throughout the product lifecycle.

• Collaborate on integrating Teamcenter with SAP S/4HANA and other satellite systems.

• Manage master data, transactional data, and convert spreadsheets into structured processes.

• Communicate with business and IT stakeholders to collect and confirm requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with Teamcenter (Siemens) – including implementation and configuration.

• In-depth knowledge of PLM modules, especially in Product Development, Specifications & Regulatory Management, BOM (preliminary and final), and production processes (pre-production, pilot, industrialization).

• Proficient in document and digital asset management (DMS/PLM).

• Experience in configuring workflows, approvals, and governance.

• Familiarity with integrations to SAP S/4HANA.

• Understanding of systems integration (APIs, master and transactional data).

• Background in digital transformation projects or PLM implementations.
