Team Staffing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify talent for practice managers and support staff by leveraging resume databases, directories, practice websites, social media profiles, and employing advanced name generation methods.

• Create a pipeline of engaged candidates through targeted email campaigns aimed at both passive candidates and previous applicants.

• Conduct virtual screenings with potential candidates to assess their technical skills, alignment with the position, and availability for scheduling.

• Contribute to the upkeep, accuracy, and expansion of the candidate database/CRM (Lever).

• Provide insights on market trends and research in collaboration with the Recruiting Team.

• Partner with our Recruiting Team to continually enhance our capabilities and pinpoint opportunities for improving workflow efficiency, quality of work, and lead conversion rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a veterinary technician and veterinary practice manager.

• Preference for applicants who are Licensed/Registered/Credentialed Technicians (LVT/RVT/CVT).

• Ability to manage deadlines proactively and deliver results swiftly.

• An entrepreneurial mindset that embraces ownership of roles and responsibilities.

• Experience working autonomously with minimal guidance; comfortable in ambiguous situations and with uncertainty.

• Excellent communication skills, particularly in writing, with a strong emphasis on proper grammar and spelling.

• Capability to think creatively and develop staffing strategies for hospitals in the region.

• Resilience in handling rejection within a competitive labor market.

• Flexibility to adjust focus and priorities based on the dynamic needs of our veterinary practices.

• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%).
