This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead, coach, and nurture a team of Territory Sellers across designated regions or market segments.
• Deliver daily sales leadership to ensure the attainment of revenue, growth, and profitability objectives.
• Assist in the formulation and execution of effective sales strategies aimed at consistently securing business opportunities.
• Mentor and guide team members in customer engagement, opportunity management, and sales execution.
• Engage in high-opportunity customer pursuits and strategic sales discussions as required.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to facilitate long-term business growth.
• Ensure pricing strategies and customer discounting are in line with established margin and EBITDA goals.
• Recognize market trends, customer needs, and commercial opportunities to enhance competitive positioning.
• Collaborate closely with Technical Specialists to improve synergy between sales and technical support functions.
• Promote a high-performance, collaborative, and customer-centric sales culture.
• Track team performance metrics and implement enhancement initiatives when necessary.
• Proven track record in a sales leadership or first-line sales management role.
• Strong foundation in technical sales or experience within a technically-oriented industry, preferably in HVAC, refrigeration, industrial, or engineering-related markets.
• Demonstrated capability to lead, coach, and develop successful sales teams.
• Strong commercial insight with experience managing pricing and margin expectations.
• Ability to engage confidently with customers at both commercial and technical levels.
• Experience in supporting complex or strategic sales pursuits.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Capacity to work cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on team development and business expansion.
• Experience leading regional or territory-based sales teams (preferred).
• Background in working within a matrix or multinational organization (preferred).
• Strong understanding of sales performance management and pipeline development (preferred).
• Experience in implementing sales process enhancements and strategic account planning (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technical, or a related discipline preferred.
