Team Manager, Senior Team Manager – Mortgage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of consultants to enhance performance, ensuring all KPI targets are met and exceeded.

• Oversee attrition, shrinkage, and other vital team metrics.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to Consultants, delivering feedback and managing performance.

• Update leadership on current trends among end-user customers and relay insights to Operations Managers.

• Occasionally spearhead organizational initiatives within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Team Leader in support of mortgage campaigns.

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data, detect patterns, and suggest enhancements.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for the purposes of reporting and analysis.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting insights effectively in both written and verbal formats.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.

• Demonstrated ability to foster trust and collaboration with peers, stakeholders, and leadership teams.
