This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Allocate and supervise team responsibilities daily, ensuring that established KPIs are met and operational standards are consistently upheld.
• Offer coaching, guidance, and support to team members aimed at enhancing performance and developing skills based on established procedures.
• Assist in coordinating annual training, certifications, and other technical skill requirements necessary for maintaining the Cloud Services environment.
• Champion SquareTrade’s core values and foster a positive, accountable team culture through consistent frontline leadership.
• Serve as an escalation point for routine team challenges, delivering real-time support and resolving operational or customer-related issues, while escalating more complex problems as necessary.
• Contribute insights to leadership concerning system, workflow, and process enhancement opportunities to promote team efficiency.
• Create and manage Development Action Plans for team members founded on KPI performance and customer feedback, facilitating ongoing performance management.
• Flexibility to work various shifts based on company requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with 3+ years of experience in a technical or operations environment, including some responsibilities for team support or coordination.
• Experience in a dynamic, process-oriented environment (experience with M365 and/or Microsoft Cloud support services is preferred).
• Proven track record of supporting team performance in alignment with KPIs and operational objectives.
• Experience in providing coaching, feedback, and assistance to team members.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to resolve routine issues using established procedures.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and appropriately escalate issues to tackle operational challenges.
• Must be based in the U.S.
