This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Oversee the complete offshore onboarding process for retail products.
• Direct and manage the processing of Personal Loans and Cards applications, including underwriting, CPV, and disbursal, while adhering to service standards.
• Evaluate cases to ensure compliance with product parameters and policy criteria.
• Ensure applications fulfill agreed SLA, turnaround time, and accuracy standards.
• Monitor and report monthly exceptions, following established escalation procedures.
• Maintain high quality throughout the end-to-end retail product onboarding process.
• Uphold necessary controls, risk factors, procedures, and operational standards.
• Oversee team performance, discipline, productivity, and resource utilization.
• Analyze daily rejects and referrals, enhancing outcomes through training and ongoing learning.
• Collaborate with unit managers, business partners, and Risk teams for effective capacity planning and operational coordination.
• Initiate projects focused on quality, productivity, and workflow enhancements.
• Escalate unique and extraordinary occurrences, reporting on corrective and preventive measures.
• Ensure positive outcomes for internal and group audits.
• Represent the CIC unit in discussions with Risk Management, area managers, overseas branches, and business stakeholders.
• Balance customer expectations and service experiences with operational controls.
• Resolve complex operational, service, and control issues while comparing turnaround times against international best practices.
• High level of maturity coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Strong managerial and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for supervising teams.
• Solid understanding of credit policies and systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of procedures related to cards data entry and CPV processes.
• Ability to perform under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Graduate with over 5 years of experience in a retail products onboarding environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Should have held a comparable role for a minimum of 2–3 years.
• Demonstrated leadership, commitment to results, customer focus, interpersonal skills, adaptability, and innovation at Level 3.
