This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Perform quality assessments of various Retail Operations units, including Credit Ops, Card Ops, CCAM Ops, Neo Ops, Wealth Ops, and Insurance Ops.
• Lead risk-oriented QA governance throughout Retail Operations, focusing on control validation, KRI monitoring, governance reporting, and tracking of corrective actions.
• Communicate review results to business units and Delivery Managers.
• Suggest and ensure the execution of corrective action plans.
• Execute and manage MI/reports as instructed by the Manager.
• Maintain risk registers, mappings of risk controls, and assessments of control effectiveness.
• Evaluate preventive, detective, and corrective controls while validating compliance with SOPs, PPGs, APPMs, OPMs, internal policies, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and oversee KRIs, escalate Amber and Red risk events, and create dashboards, risk heat maps, and trend analyses.
• Conduct root cause analyses, thematic reviews, periodic validations, and effectiveness testing.
• Review and critically assess RCSAs while validating risk ratings, residual risks, and control ownership.
• Coordinate audits, regulatory reviews, compliance assessments, and governance inspections.
• Facilitate governance forums, calibration sessions, risk review meetings, and management discussions.
• Supervise governance MIS, KRI packs, risk dashboards, action trackers, and executive reports.
• Assign tasks, oversee team workloads, and mentor QA & MI team members.
• Promote continuous improvement and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service quality and operational performance.
• Extensive knowledge of host systems and other banking operating systems.
• Profound understanding of one or more Retail Operations processes, such as CCAM Ops, Card Ops, Credit Ops, Insurance Ops, or Neo/Digital Banking.
• Strong comprehension of Enterprise Risk Management principles, RCSA, KRIs, risk registers, control effectiveness assessments, and governance frameworks.
• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a Retail Operations process; core operations experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with MIS, systems, and related processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong computer proficiency.
• Proactive mindset with effective floor management and ownership of responsibilities.
• Capability to manage floor operations, scheduling, and provide backup for the Manager.
