Team Leader – Offline Store

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Driving the achievement of daily and monthly sales targets (trade-ins and used mobile phone sales).

• Delivering the best customer experience through professional service and consultation.

• Educating customers about trade-in options and the condition of devices being sold.

• Overseeing and guiding the operational activities of the store team on a daily basis.

• Organizing work schedules, managing employee attendance, and motivating the team to reach established targets.

• Ensuring all team members perform their duties in accordance with company values and applicable sales processes.

• Maintaining store cleanliness, ensuring proper product arrangement, and keeping the store visually appealing.

• Ensuring that all standard operating procedures (SOP) are followed correctly, including transaction processes, trade-ins, and device inspections.

• Addressing and resolving various operational issues that occur in the store.

• Monitoring stock availability, requesting additional stock when necessary, and ensuring device quality is maintained.

• Managing the inflow and outflow of device stock in coordination with the Area Supervisor and central team.

• Compiling and submitting daily sales and trade-in activity reports.

• Communicating customer feedback and reporting operational issues to the Area Supervisor.

• Participating in weekly meetings and other team gatherings.

• Supporting the execution of national campaigns through promotions and marketing activities at the store level.

• Identifying local opportunities to enhance store visibility and increase foot traffic.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or store operations.

• Experience in the electronics, gadget, or second-hand goods industry is a plus.

• Target-oriented with strong customer service skills.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in operating basic digital devices and applications, such as Point of Sale (POS) systems, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.

• Willingness to work on a shift basis, including weekends and national holidays.

• Having a personal motorcycle and a valid SIM C license is an advantage.
