Team Leader – MS365

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the team

• Collaborate with the product management team to analyze and define business requirements

• Focus on backend development while creating new product features

• Assess the resources needed for feature implementation, including both costs and capacity

• Enhance both your hard and soft skills alongside the team

• Make informed technical decisions

• Guide and engage team members in code reviews

• Foster a positive work environment that encourages team learning and motivation

• Liaise with project stakeholders

• Establish and evaluate communication processes within the team: organize and conduct regular meetings, planning sessions, daily check-ins, and retrospectives

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development within commercial projects

• Proficient in C#, .Net, Win API, as well as data structures and algorithms

• Previous experience as a team leader managing a group of 4-5 developers

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, along with self-discipline and accountability

• Proactive and result-oriented mindset

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Technical mindset with a keen attention to detail

• Effective communication skills

• Adequate English proficiency for interaction with international teams
