Team Leader – MS365

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the team

• Collaborate with the product management team to analyze and define business requirements

• Create new product features, with a current emphasis on backend development

• Assess the resources needed for feature implementation, including costs and capacity

• Enhance both your technical and interpersonal skills alongside the team

• Make informed technical decisions

• Facilitate and engage team members in code reviews

• Foster a positive work environment that promotes learning and motivation among team members

• Liaise with project stakeholders

• Establish and evaluate communication and processes within the team: organize and conduct regular meetings, planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software development for commercial projects

• In-depth knowledge of C#, .Net, Win API, as well as data structures and algorithms

• Proven experience leading a team of 4-5 developers

• Strong organizational and leadership abilities, along with self-discipline and accountability

• Results-driven and proactive mindset

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities

• Technical aptitude with a keen eye for detail

• Effective communication skills

• Proficiency in English sufficient for collaboration with international teams
