This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +18 more states.
β’ Provides daily guidance on inventory management to team members.
β’ Oversees inventory backlog and reviews reports (including timely filing, aging, and others) to ensure adherence to client protocols.
β’ Evaluates and summarizes accounts up to a specified limit for closure in accordance with each client's standard operating procedures.
β’ Holds monthly one-on-one meetings for coaching and mentoring team members.
β’ Collects and analyzes reports related to inventory workflow to confirm that team members are addressing the correct accounts.
β’ Refers complex or challenging accounts to management to guarantee effective progression.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in a role at Knowtion Health, a hospital, physician practice, payer, RCM vendor, or in customer service.
β’ Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
β’ Compliance with HIPAA regulations.
β’ Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
β’ Excellent organizational and documentation abilities for effective inventory management, timely follow-up, and accurate record-keeping.
β’ Capability to read and interpret a wide range of documents, including contracts, claims, patient medical records, inpatient/outpatient discharge summaries and reports, instructions, policies, and procedures in both written (English) and diagrammatic formats.
