This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +18 more states.
• Provides guidance on inventory management to team members on a daily basis.
• Oversees inventory backlog and reviews reports (timely filing, aging, etc.) to ensure adherence to client protocols.
• Evaluates and summarizes accounts up to a specified amount for closure, following the standard operating procedures for each client.
• Conducts monthly one-on-one meetings to offer coaching and mentoring to team members.
• Retrieves and analyzes reports related to inventory workflow to ensure that team members are addressing the correct accounts.
• Escalates complex or challenging accounts to management to ensure effective progression of accounts.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Knowtion Health or within a hospital, physician practice, payer, RCM vendor, or customer service role.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities to facilitate effective inventory management, timely follow-ups, and accurate record-keeping.
• Capability to read and interpret a wide range of documents, including contracts, claims, patient medical records, inpatient/outpatient discharge summaries, reports, instructions, policies, and procedures in both written (English) and diagram formats.
