Team Leader, Government Pharmacy UM Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +24 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of departmental staff while overseeing workload and the achievement of operational objectives.

• Manage daily tasks to meet business goals and fulfill team expectations.

• Provide leadership, direction, assistance with work processes, and operational guidance.

• Cultivate a positive, accountable, and collaborative team environment.

• Act as the main point of contact for operational updates and escalations.

• Engage directly with customers as necessary and address escalated client and customer issues.

• Ensure employees receive training in processes and procedures and respond to inquiries accurately and professionally.

• Offer continuous coaching, developmental feedback, coaching discussions, and formal performance evaluations.

• Collaborate with departmental and cross-functional teams to set performance goals and track progress.

• Identify and resolve system or process deficiencies.

• Analyze trends, ascertain root causes, document and report issues, and implement solutions.

• Conduct random audits, review outcomes, and develop performance improvement plans as needed.

• Create and execute short- and long-term service objectives and methods upon approval.

• Represent the department in corporate projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an advanced degree (when required).

• 5+ years of experience in relevant fields.

• In the absence of a degree, at least 7+ years of experience in a related field.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Capable of performing leadership, team management, performance management, process improvement, and training and development responsibilities.
