This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the daily planning and operations of your team.
• Ensure that each team member meets their Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and achieves their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Organize and manage the team, ensuring adherence to their schedules.
• Facilitate training and development for your team by conducting team huddles and coaching sessions.
• Assess the strengths and weaknesses of your teammates.
• Provide solutions for the growth and development of your team.
• Generate performance reports for your team and document client feedback.
• Address any issues that may arise, including those related to HR.
• Approach problem-solving with creativity.
• Serve as the communication bridge between management and your team.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience as a Team Leader managing at least 10 teammates in a customer support role within an outsourcing or similar environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Above-average technical proficiency.
• Prior experience in phone, email, and live chat customer support roles.
• Knowledge of E-Commerce, ZenDesk, or other CRM tools.
• Willingness and flexibility to work various shifts.
