Team Lead – Scheduling Coordination, Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Scheduling Coordinators to meet operational and service objectives.

• Provide continuous feedback, performance coaching, and support to facilitate team member success.

• Oversee productivity, quality, and adherence to scheduling protocols.

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, team discussions, and performance evaluations.

• Cultivate a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment.

• Supervise daily scheduling operations to ensure client shifts are filled accurately and punctually.

• Assist the team in addressing scheduling conflicts, last-minute cancellations, and urgent coverage requirements.

• Monitor scheduling queues and staffing levels to ensure continuity of care.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and client specifications in scheduling practices.

• Identify operational challenges and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency.

• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with caregivers, clients, recruiters, and internal departments.

• Act as an escalation point for intricate scheduling issues and service challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational hurdles and enhance communication.

• Promote a client-centric approach while balancing the needs of nurses, caregivers, internal stakeholders, and the business.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of leadership experience in scheduling, workforce management, customer service, healthcare operations, or a related field.

• Proven experience in leading teams within a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.

• Strong coaching, communication, and people management capabilities.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adapt to evolving business needs.

• Familiarity with scheduling or workforce management systems.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
