Team Lead – Scheduling Coordination, Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Scheduling Coordinators to meet operational and service objectives.

• Provide continuous feedback, performance coaching, and support to facilitate team member success.

• Monitor productivity, quality, and compliance with scheduling processes.

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, team huddles, and performance evaluations.

• Cultivate a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.

• Oversee daily scheduling operations to ensure client shifts are filled accurately and punctually.

• Assist the team in addressing scheduling conflicts, last-minute cancellations, and urgent coverage needs.

• Monitor scheduling queues and staffing levels to ensure continuity of care.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and client requirements in scheduling practices.

• Identify operational challenges and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers, clients, recruiters, and internal departments.

• Act as an escalation point for complex scheduling issues and service concerns.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and enhance communication.

• Advocate for a client-first approach while balancing the needs of nurses, caregivers, internal stakeholders, and the business.

• Track team performance metrics and prepare operational reports.

• Ensure accuracy and up-to-date records in scheduling systems.

• Manage competing demands and reallocate resources as business needs evolve.

• Support change initiatives and contribute to ongoing process improvement.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in scheduling, workforce management, customer service, healthcare operations, or a related field.

• Experience in leading teams in a dynamic, high-volume operational environment.

• Strong skills in coaching, communication, and people management.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to shifting business requirements.

• Experience with scheduling or workforce management systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
