Team Lead, SAP BTP & AI Architecture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead and cultivate a team focused on SAP development, encompassing both functional and disciplinary oversight.

• Create contemporary end-to-end architectures utilizing the SAP Business Technology Platform, emphasizing cloud solutions, integration, SAP BTP services, and AI technologies.

• Recognize, prioritize, and execute AI and GenAI use cases within the SAP ecosystem.

• Assist in pioneering customer projects from the initial idea through to execution.

• Design MVPs, prototypes, and proofs of concept for scalable SAP cloud and AI implementations.

• Offer guidance to clients during workshops, architectural discussions, and pre-sales engagements.

• Collaborate closely with clients, management, and cross-functional teams.

• Proactively enhance the SAP BTP and AI service offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.

• Several years of experience in SAP, cloud computing, architecture, or software development projects.

• Ideally, prior experience in leading functional or disciplinary teams.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the SAP Business Technology Platform.

• Proficiency in CAP, Integration Suite, extension development, SAP AI Core, or similar services.

• Strong programming capabilities in Java, Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or ABAP.

• Familiarity with modern cloud architecture.

• Competence in clearly communicating intricate technical ideas.

• A passion for customer interaction and a confident professional demeanor.

• Excellent proficiency in both German and English.
