Team Lead – SAP BTP, AI Architecture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide technical and disciplinary guidance while supporting the professional growth of an SAP development team.

• Cultivate an environment that emphasizes quality, innovation, and teamwork.

• Design contemporary end-to-end architectures on the SAP Business Technology Platform.

• Develop cloud solutions that focus on integration, SAP BTP services, and AI.

• Identify, prioritize, and execute AI and GenAI use cases within the SAP ecosystem.

• Assist in the implementation of innovative customer projects.

• Create MVPs, prototypes, and proofs of concept for scalable SAP cloud and AI solutions.

• Provide consultation to clients through workshops, architecture sessions, and pre-sales meetings.

• Collaborate with customers, management, and interdisciplinary teams.

• Proactively enhance the SAP BTP and AI portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.

• Several years of experience in SAP, cloud, architecture, or software projects.

• Ideally, experience in technical or disciplinary team leadership.

• Strong knowledge of the SAP Business Technology Platform.

• Familiarity with CAP, Integration Suite, extension development, SAP AI Core, or similar services.

• Proficient programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or ABAP.

• Understanding of modern cloud architectures.

• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.

• Enjoy working with clients and exhibit a confident professional demeanor.

• Excellent proficiency in both German and English.

• Willingness to actively influence areas such as SAP BTP, AI, and digital transformation.
