This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a team of Provider Relations Managers focused on provider adoption, engagement, ordering, retention, and growth across Cadence markets.
• Manage and mentor PRMs through regular one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, field observations, and continuous feedback.
• Oversee pod performance metrics related to provider growth, ordering, engagement, retention, churn reduction, and APCM new provider onboarding objectives.
• Create strategies for underperforming providers, clinics, and markets.
• Convert performance data into actionable priorities and plans.
• Facilitate PRM operational processes including provider onboarding, follow-ups, clinic engagement, Salesforce maintenance, and field activities.
• Dedicate 2-3 weeks each month in the field with PRMs for provider and clinic visits, real-time coaching, and addressing high-priority opportunities.
• Demonstrate effective provider conversations, clinic engagement, objection handling, workflow development, and order and referral requests.
• Identify and resolve workflow obstacles that hinder provider adoption or ordering, and implement scalable, repeatable solutions.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, Care Delivery, and Partnerships to enhance PRM materials, playbooks, talk tracks, and tools.
• 5+ years of experience in people management, leading teams in commercial, sales, field account management, provider engagement, customer success, or related areas.
• Proven experience managing at least 5 direct reports or an equivalent team size, with accountability for measurable monthly or quarterly objectives.
• Experience in provider-facing healthcare roles, influencing physicians, clinic staff, health system stakeholders, or healthcare operators.
• A demonstrated track record of enhancing performance through coaching, feedback, metric analysis, and clear accountability.
• Willingness to travel frequently for in-market field coaching, typically 2-3 weeks each month, with access to a major airport.
• This is a remote position open to candidates throughout the U.S.
• Preferred: Experience in RPM, CCM, APCM, chronic care, value-based care, ACO, digital health, healthcare SaaS, medical devices, or specialty healthcare; familiarity with Salesforce; and experience in developing playbooks, onboarding programs, or field operating processes.
• Proficiency with AI research and productivity tools, along with the ability to critically evaluate AI-generated insights, distinguishing important information in a rapidly evolving information landscape.
