Team Lead – Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will lead the team responsible for Mawave's internal marketing efforts (comprising 5 members).

• You will consistently enhance our positioning and guarantee a unified brand perception across all platforms.

• You will oversee our content and thought-leadership strategy, which includes LinkedIn, PR, case studies, research, newsletters, and events.

• You will manage lead generation and the marketing funnel in close collaboration with Sales and Business Development teams.

• You will identify new marketing opportunities, formats, and channels to establish Mawave as a premier social-first agency.

• You will coordinate awards, speaking engagements, PR efforts, and strategic partnerships while judiciously allocating our six-figure marketing budget.

• You will establish scalable marketing processes and promote the effective use of AI and automation solutions.

• You will collaborate closely with the executive team on strategic marketing initiatives and corporate communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess experience in B2B marketing, preferably within an agency, a SaaS company, or a rapidly growing organization.

• You have a proven track record of developing and managing marketing strategies and reporting to senior management.

• You demonstrate a strong aptitude for storytelling, effective communication, and an awareness of current marketing trends.

• You work methodically and can manage multiple projects concurrently.

• You exhibit initiative, a hands-on approach, and a commitment to strategically developing a marketing team.

• You think in a data-driven manner and can guide marketing efforts based on clear KPIs (e.g., pipeline, SQLs, website traffic, organic reach).

• You possess excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
