This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the daily functions of the Government Pricing team, ensuring precise calculation, validation, and reporting of pharmaceutical government pricing programs.
• Guide, mentor, and train Government Pricing Analysts.
• Manage daily tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and track deliverables in accordance with client and regulatory timelines.
• Provide specialized knowledge on Federal Drug Programs, such as Average Manufacturer Price (AMP) and Best Price (BP).
• Maintain an understanding of Average Sales Price (ASP), Non-Federal Average Manufacturer Price (NFAMP), Federal Ceiling Price (FCP), and TRICARE rebates.
• Examine, verify, and authorize government pricing calculations, reconciliations, variance analyses, reporting packages, and related documentation.
• Guarantee the accurate and timely submission of government pricing reports.
• Address or assist with escalations related to technical pricing inquiries and calculation inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with clients to respond to inquiries, communicate outcomes, and provide suggestions.
• Organize deliverable checklists and ensure compliance with internal controls and quality standards.
• Create, document, and enhance standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for automation and ongoing process enhancements.
• Aid in the onboarding and training of new team members.
• Work alongside Finance, Compliance, IT, and Client Success teams.
• Support the Government Pricing Manager with strategic initiatives, resource planning, performance management, and special projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
• Over 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical Government Pricing.
• 1–3 years of experience in team leadership, supervisory, or mentoring roles.
• Strong working knowledge of pharmaceutical government pricing regulations and methodologies.
• Familiarity with government pricing platforms such as iContracts, Model N, IntegriChain, EVERSANA, or similar solutions, including transaction classification, calculation review, reconciliation, and reporting workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and compliance.
• Preferred: experience in leading client-facing government pricing projects; process improvement and workflow optimization; knowledge of CMS, Medicaid, VA/FSS, and other federal pricing regulations; experience in developing SOPs, training materials, and quality review processes.
