Team Lead, eCOA Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Supervise a team of eCOA project managers

• Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance work atmosphere

• Oversee the employee life cycle, including performance evaluations, goal setting, and supporting professional growth

• Efficiently manage staffing for eCOA projects

• Ensure the timely completion of eCOA projects within budget and to high-quality standards

• Guarantee adherence to relevant regulatory standards, industry guidelines, and SOPs

• Offer guidance, training, and professional development opportunities for team members

• Prepare and present project updates at both internal and external meetings

• Contribute to initiatives focused on technology, automation, and process enhancements

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Life Sciences, PRO, information technology, project management, or linguistics

• At least 5 years of experience in eCOA project management, clinical research, translation and localization, including managerial responsibilities

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficiency in English is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of eCOA platforms, systems, and translation technologies

• Experience with TMS and CAT tools

• Capability to build and sustain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients

• Proven cultural and emotional intelligence

• Keen attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in eCOA processes

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Legal authorization to work in the location of the role
