This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.
• Expanding profitable campaigns across various geographies and sectors.
• Managing substantial budgets and achieving performance objectives.
• Leading and mentoring a team of media buyers.
• Implementing process enhancements and strategic initiatives.
• Overseeing and growing high-budget campaigns across diverse traffic sources.
• Tracking, optimizing, and reporting on performance to meet revenue and ROI goals.
• Recognizing and addressing scaling opportunities, trends, and inefficiencies.
• Continuously launching and testing new campaigns, funnels, and marketing angles.
• Formulating and executing media buying strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
• Investigating and validating new traffic sources, regions, and sectors.
• Promoting data-driven decision-making and a culture of experimentation.
• Collaborating closely with BI, Product, and Creative teams to enhance performance.
• Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with partners, networks, and sales representatives.
• Negotiating deals to secure exclusive opportunities and improved margins.
• Identifying new business prospects and revenue avenues.
• Setting clear KPIs, performance expectations, and accountability frameworks.
• Assisting in the hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Cultivating a high-performance, ownership-oriented culture.
• Refining internal processes, workflows, and campaign structures.
• Ensuring scalability and efficiency across campaigns and team operations.
• Staying informed about industry trends, tools, and platform developments.
• 4-6+ years of experience in media buying or performance marketing.
• Demonstrated success in managing high-spend campaigns profitably.
• Robust analytical skills with a deep understanding of data and performance metrics.
• Practical experience with large budgets and scaling strategies.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Highly organized, disciplined, and focused on results.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Experience in managing or mentoring a team.
• Capability to translate strategy into actionable execution.
• Strong ownership mentality - accountable for both team and business outcomes.
• Comfortable making decisions in uncertain situations.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and scale operations effectively.
• Nice to Have: Experience in affiliate marketing.
• Familiarity with various traffic sources (Meta, Native, Display, etc.).
• Solid understanding of CPM, CPC, CPL, and CPA models.
• Experience working with BI tools, tracking systems, or custom dashboards.
• Basic understanding of creative concepts and funnels.
