Team Lead, Cloud Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and provide technical direction for a team of Cloud Infrastructure Engineers tasked with configuring, operating, and automating cloud environments across AWS, GCP, and Azure.

• Define and implement the technical roadmap and architectural strategy for multi-cloud infrastructure and operations.

• Oversee essential cloud governance areas, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), perimeter security, account lifecycles, Infrastructure-as-Code ownership, and optimization of cloud costs.

• Design, implement, and document operating principles, architectural best practices, and intricate troubleshooting solutions for cross-functional technology teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in managing and operating production cloud-based environments across AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• At least 4 years of expertise in Infrastructure as Code and contemporary DevOps tools, such as Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or GitOps.

• A minimum of 4 years of software development experience utilizing a scripting language such as Python, Ruby, GoLang, or JavaScript.

• At least 3 years of experience in leading, mentoring, or managing engineering teams.
