This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in service transformation projects and the implementation of ERP systems.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, customer service teams, field service departments, and cross-functional SAP teams.
• Design, configure, test, and implement SAP S/4HANA Cloud Service solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
• Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and collect business requirements.
• Configure organizational frameworks and service execution workflows.
• Work in partnership with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, and Customer Experience teams for effective process integration.
• Promote the use of SAP best practices in customer and field service operations.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in SAP Service Management consulting.
• At least 2 completed SAP S/4HANA Cloud Service implementation projects.
• In-depth knowledge in Service Order Management, Service Contracts, Warranty Management, Repair Management, Installed Base Management, Service Billing, and Customer Service Processes.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
• Proven experience in conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops.
• Strong grasp of service lifecycle and field service operations.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously in a remote consulting setting.
