Senior Engineer – React, Python, AWS – AI & Generative AI Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Design, create, and implement scalable cloud-native applications and intelligent solutions.

• Develop comprehensive applications that integrate AI capabilities, including APIs and microservices.

• Utilize AWS services to provide high-performance, secure, and scalable solutions.

• Work in collaboration with product managers, architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions.

• Promote best practices in software development, cloud architecture, and the adoption of AI technologies.

• Take charge of technical decisions and deliver impactful products that improve business outcomes through modern engineering and AI-driven innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Proficient in Python development for backend services and API creation.

• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.

• Practical experience with AWS Cloud Services including Lambda, S3, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, Glue, Redshift, and CloudWatch.

• Familiarity with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-enabled applications.

• Experience in integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or comparable AI platforms.

• Knowledge of AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, Tool Calling, and Agentic Workflows.

• Proficient in Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake, and Data Engineering concepts.

• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and Event-Driven Systems.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Proficient with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced remote environment with minimal supervision.
