Team Lead – Client Services, Qualitative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Guide and mentor Senior Project Managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality qualitative research promptly, aligning with client expectations and fostering enhanced, interconnected insights.

• Convert client goals into well-defined qualitative research strategies, actionable execution plans, and measurable results.

• Foster and sustain a client-centric execution culture focused on continuous improvement—developing, mentoring, and retaining a high-performing team that adheres to Konovo’s standards of service excellence.

• Swiftly eliminate obstacles in a dynamic, tech-driven services setting by addressing delivery risks, aligning stakeholders, and managing client escalations with sound judgment, resolution capabilities, and problem-solving expertise.

• Ensure consistent execution across multiple studies by effectively prioritizing tasks, managing dependencies, and upholding quality standards in a high-demand environment.

• Enhance operational transparency and discipline by utilizing project management and CRM tools to monitor progress, risks, and results that facilitate quicker, superior, interconnected insights for healthcare clients.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the healthcare, life sciences, market research, or related sectors where speed, quality, and stakeholder rigor significantly influence decisions and outcomes.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, market research, hospitality, food and beverage, or similarly fast-paced client services sectors where quality, responsiveness, and stakeholder management directly affect business results.

• Bonus if your 5+ years include at least 2 years in direct leadership positions.

• Familiarity with research delivery and operations tools—programming systems (Decipher), scheduling platforms, Salesforce, and other data collection instruments—supporting Konovo’s shift towards tech-enabled services.

• Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strategic client relationships—recognizing opportunities for growth and collaborating across teams to deliver ongoing value.
