This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Address issues related to execution delays and account management.
• Aid clients in comprehending market trends, tools, and available resources.
• Actively engage with clients to mitigate churn by addressing their concerns, providing tailored solutions, and delivering ongoing support to ensure long-term retention.
• Resolve problems associated with trading platforms, including login issues, platform navigation, and other technical challenges.
• Participate in live events and Expos.
• Communicate the company's value proposition to potential partners, negotiate terms, and finalize partnership agreements.
• Provide support to existing clients via phone, while also handling new leads, retaining current clients, and prospecting new clients on social media platforms.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Customer Support or Sales position within a regulated financial services organization.
• Proficient in English and Turkish, both written and verbal.
• Possession of a College or University degree.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and effective communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• High level of professionalism, strong work ethic, self-motivation, and collaborative spirit.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
• Willingness to work during public holidays.
• Availability for morning shifts (09:00–18:00).
