This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with current clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times.

• Take complete responsibility for client inquiries and concerns, guiding them through to resolution.

• Engage in professional communication with clients based in the UK via phone and email.

• Proactively detect potential issues and address them before they escalate.

• Develop strong client relationships through attentive listening and strategic questioning.

• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee seamless order processing and fulfillment.

• Keep precise records of client interactions and subsequent follow-up actions.

• Continuously seek ways to enhance the client experience and optimize internal processes.

• Serve as a trusted contact point for clients, delivering timely updates and solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Client Services, Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong telephone presence and confidence in speaking with clients based in the UK.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and work autonomously.

• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Proactive attitude with a readiness to take ownership of tasks.

• Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup.

• Desirable: Experience assisting clients in a product, distribution, logistics, wholesale, or trade-related context.

• Desirable: Background working remotely for international companies.

• Desirable: Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service platforms.
