Loan Processor, Client Support – Australian Mortgage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee loan applications from initial inquiry to final settlement

• Gather and follow up on pending client documentation and supporting materials

• Prepare and manage loan submissions utilizing Finsure CRM

• Process applications with lenders and mortgage managers, including manual submission methods when necessary

• Keep precise file notes, application records, and monitor workflow

• Communicate with clients, lenders, solicitors, and third parties through phone and email

• Work closely with brokers to ensure efficient application progress

• Track application milestones and proactively follow up on outstanding requirements

• Ensure all documentation adheres to lender, aggregator, and compliance standards

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all files

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Australian mortgage broking support, loan processing, or mortgage administration

• Strong experience in end-to-end loan processing (not just general administration)

• Prior experience with Finsure CRM

• Comprehensive understanding of Australian home loan products, lending processes, and documentation requirements

• Experience in managing multiple loan applications simultaneously

• Familiarity with Australian mortgage compliance standards and lender requirements

• Comfortable working with both CRM-based and manual submission processes for lenders

• **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (NOT REQUIRED)**:

• Experience assisting brokers within Australian aggregator environments

• Exposure to commercial lending and asset finance/car loans

• Experience with non-standard lenders and manual application processes

• Client-facing phone support experience

• Knowledge of lender servicing calculators and policy assessment processes
