This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Oversee IRIS ticket workflows: ensuring prompt resolutions, appropriate follow-ups, and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
• Implement User ID change management: encompassing access setup, modifications, and deactivations to uphold precise permissions and security compliance.
• Direct the onboarding process for clients utilizing the Unify Checkout platform: ensuring all setup steps, configuration inputs, and validation processes are executed accurately.
• Leverage the Circana Scoping Tool: to assist with client setup requirements, data mapping, and documentation of needs.
• Conduct daily model validation quality control: pinpointing anomalies, verifying the accuracy of data outputs, and escalating discrepancies to technical partners when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams: across Operations, Product, Engineering, and Client Service to address issues, clarify requirements, and enhance processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts: identifying inefficiencies and proposing enhancements to processes, documentation, and tools.
• Assist stakeholders and the Sam’s Club account team: by providing updates, insights, and operational status to promote transparency and preparedness.
• 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Client Service, Technical Support, or similar analytical/operational positions.
• Proficient in operational workflow tools (e.g., ticketing systems, access management platforms).
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in quality control, validation processes, or checks for data accuracy.
• Capable of functioning in detail-oriented settings with excellent problem-solving skills and follow-through.
• Outstanding communication abilities and comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
• Familiarity with Circana platforms such as IRIS, Unify Checkout, Unify+, or the Circana Scoping Tool.
• Knowledge of retail or CPG workflows, particularly in supporting Sam’s Club or comparable retail partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and proficient in quickly learning new tools and systems.
• Experience in supporting client onboarding or technical enablement processes.
• Background in AI or automation development.
