This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• In the role of a Crypto Sales & Client Services Associate, you will serve as the primary liaison for both new and existing clients on our client's OTC crypto trading desk.
• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients of the OTC desk.
• Generating revenue growth by recognizing and pursuing sales opportunities.
• Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound communications with clients.
• Assisting clients in navigating the process of executing crypto trades.
• Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients onto the OTC platform.
• Executing client retention strategies to enhance loyalty.
• Collaborating with the Compliance team to oversee transactions for any suspicious activities.
• Monitoring and reporting on personal performance KPIs.
• Keeping up-to-date with cryptocurrency products, market trends, and platform updates.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales, financial services, or client-facing revenue role.
• A proven history of establishing strong client relationships and consistently achieving or surpassing revenue or sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to articulate complex financial and cryptocurrency concepts clearly.
• Proficient in managing a high volume of daily client communications.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and highly adaptable.
• Capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Bonus: experience in OTC trading, brokerage services, or sales of financial products.
• Bonus: knowledge of SAR filing, AML compliance, or regulatory oversight.
• Bonus: understanding of cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, blockchain, or crypto wallets.
