This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia, +4 more countries.
• Execute the complete cycle of business analysis, from recognizing business needs and exploring the domain to aiding in the implementation of solutions.
• Facilitate discovery phases, evaluate As-Is processes, design To-Be states, and pinpoint risks, limitations, and dependencies.
• Identify, assess, and document both functional and non-functional requirements utilizing industry best practices and techniques.
• Develop and align optimal solutions in collaboration with Product Owners, architects, developers, UX/UI designers, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Create analytical artifacts such as business and stakeholder requirements in BRD or Vision and Scope formats, along with functional requirements presented as User Stories or Use Cases featuring UI descriptions.
• Employ BPMN for process modeling and UML for Activity, Use Case, and Class diagrams.
• Ensure the completeness, consistency, and traceability of requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
• Engage in Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, and other agile activities as a pivotal subject matter expert.
• Act as an authority to assist the team in making complex product and technical decisions.
• Mentor the business analysis team and support employee professional development.
• Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings, assess work outcomes, offer constructive feedback, and formulate individual development plans.
• Review analytical artifacts and guarantee uniform quality standards within the team.
• Develop processes, methodologies, templates, and best practices for business analysis.
• Participate in recruitment by conducting technical interviews, evaluating professional skills, and making hiring decisions.
• Organize and facilitate onboarding for new business analysts.
• Collaborate with the Head of Business Analysis on team development, resource allocation, business analysis function maturity, and process enhancement initiatives.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a business analyst, including 2 to 3 years in a senior role.
• Experience integrating AI tools into business analyst workflows.
• Familiarity with microservice architecture and high-load systems.
• Basic system analysis skills, including knowledge of REST API, Webhooks, gRPC, OpenAPI, Swagger, JSON, and XML.
• Understanding of OAuth, JWT, authorization mechanisms, and asynchronous communication such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of foundational microservice architecture design and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Demonstrated experience in enhancing the quality of requirements through reviews, creating checklists, auditing documentation, identifying system issues, and implementing quality control practices.
• Experience in people management encompassing performance reviews, individual development plans, 1-on-1 meetings, mentoring, technical interviews, and onboarding.
• Product experience that includes an understanding of product metrics and the capability to make decisions based on business value.
• Proficiency in English at level B1.
• Experience designing cross-team collaboration processes among business analysis, product management, design, project management, development, and testing departments.
• Experience in the iGaming sector.
