This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will provide operational leadership and coordination for sales processes within drugstores, grocery retail (LEH), and specialty channels.
• You will take full ownership of process stability and ensure internal alignment across Sales, Supply Chain, Product, Commercial, and Operations.
• At the product level, you will maintain close collaboration with Key Account Managers and relevant teams for forecasting and budget management.
• You will manage interfaces to guarantee smooth project execution (e.g., displays, new products, promotions, legal approvals, certificates, operational rollouts).
• You will foster sparring and coaching by establishing clear communication and prioritization routines to align the team effectively.
• You will enhance process improvement and scalability by increasing structure and precision in individual steps (e.g., display setups, master data/product parameters, workflows) to enhance efficiency, reliability, and speed.
• You will collaborate closely with the Director of Sales on strategic vision, the further development of the B2B retail setup, and the implementation logic for new products and rollouts.
• A minimum of several years of experience in the German drugstore and grocery retail (LEH) market is required.
• You should possess operational expertise regarding category and promotion logic, displays, basic logistics, supplier processes, and retail partners.
• A high level of loyalty and trustworthiness is essential, as the role involves significant internal coordination and process control.
• You must be capable of moderating complex stakeholder environments (Ops, Product, Supply) and balancing their needs in a result-driven manner.
• A structured, solution-oriented work style coupled with a genuine ownership mentality (“done means delivered”) is necessary.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to act as a confident sparring partner on equal footing (prioritizing clarity over hierarchy) are crucial.
• Familiarity with modern digital tools for working (e.g., Asana, Slack, Google Workspace) is preferred.
• Fluency in German and proficiency in English are required for international coordination.
