This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
β’ Act as the management and technical leader for contractor personnel supporting the assigned PMO office.
β’ Offer senior-level expertise in advanced quantitative analytical methods and intelligence integration.
β’ Lead and manage contractor operations, coordinating task execution and the assignment of requirements.
β’ Assist the TO Program Manager and function as the primary technical contact.
β’ Supervise the daily production and distribution of intelligence products in accordance with analytic tradecraft standards and ICD 203/206.
β’ Ensure that personnel meet the performance objectives and quality standards outlined in the contract.
β’ Aid in managing costs, schedules, performance, and risks.
β’ Support staffing continuity as well as surge or optional task requirements.
β’ Foster relationships with customers, the COR, and stakeholders.
β’ Collaborate with the PM and other Team Leads for resource optimization and cross-center integration.
β’ Contribute to the timely and accurate delivery of contract deliverables, including status reports and meeting notes.
β’ Ensure adherence to relevant ICDs and intelligence agency SOPs.
β’ Address customer inquiries and notify the PM and customer of any technical or programmatic issues.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Intelligence, or National Security.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in intelligence analysis or analytic-enabling roles.
β’ Background in supporting Defense Intelligence Agencies.
β’ Familiarity with NSS/NDS alignment and strategic competition priorities.
β’ Previous experience as a Team Lead, task manager, or first-line supervisor on a government intelligence contract.
β’ In-depth knowledge of advanced analytic methodologies, data engineering/science, ORSA, and targeting automation for enterprise-wide intelligence integration.
β’ Relevant certifications such as CDASA-I, CCMP-F, or equivalent IC analytic tradecraft certifications.
β’ Experience in integrating multi-disciplinary intelligence, including all-source, C4I, cyber, HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, and OSINT.
β’ Familiarity with intelligence analytic production systems like MARS/MIDB.
β’ Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
β’ No foreign language requirement for this functional office.
β’ A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred, though not mandatory.
β’ Remote work is allowed.
