Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Act as the management and technical leader for contractor personnel supporting the assigned PMO office.

• Offer senior-level expertise in advanced quantitative analytical methods and intelligence integration.

• Lead and manage contractor operations, coordinating task execution and the assignment of requirements.

• Assist the TO Program Manager and function as the primary technical contact.

• Supervise the daily production and distribution of intelligence products in accordance with analytic tradecraft standards and ICD 203/206.

• Ensure that personnel meet the performance objectives and quality standards outlined in the contract.

• Aid in managing costs, schedules, performance, and risks.

• Support staffing continuity as well as surge or optional task requirements.

• Foster relationships with customers, the COR, and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the PM and other Team Leads for resource optimization and cross-center integration.

• Contribute to the timely and accurate delivery of contract deliverables, including status reports and meeting notes.

• Ensure adherence to relevant ICDs and intelligence agency SOPs.

• Address customer inquiries and notify the PM and customer of any technical or programmatic issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Intelligence, or National Security.

• Over 10 years of experience in intelligence analysis or analytic-enabling roles.

• Background in supporting Defense Intelligence Agencies.

• Familiarity with NSS/NDS alignment and strategic competition priorities.

• Previous experience as a Team Lead, task manager, or first-line supervisor on a government intelligence contract.

• In-depth knowledge of advanced analytic methodologies, data engineering/science, ORSA, and targeting automation for enterprise-wide intelligence integration.

• Relevant certifications such as CDASA-I, CCMP-F, or equivalent IC analytic tradecraft certifications.

• Experience in integrating multi-disciplinary intelligence, including all-source, C4I, cyber, HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, and OSINT.

• Familiarity with intelligence analytic production systems like MARS/MIDB.

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

• No foreign language requirement for this functional office.

• A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred, though not mandatory.
