Team Lead, AI Product Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as the representative for your pod

• Manage coordination of tasks within the pod

• Collect and understand client requirements

• Represent your pod during product planning meetings

• Assist pod members in making product-related decisions

• Engage in hands-on engineering activities

• Participate in client meetings to ensure alignment on requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in technical leadership

• Background as a developer

• Mindset focused on product development

• Ability to coordinate efforts without formal authority

• Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written

• Strong sense of ownership

• Demonstrated experience with Claude Code

• Proficient in Golang

• Availability for on-call duties
