Team Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Coordinate local participants engaged in the project

• Assist with onboarding processes, including communication and support for new participants

• Help with scheduling sessions and ensuring timely participation

• Provide support for device logistics and procurement when necessary

• Ensure the smooth execution of local sessions and activities

• Monitor and guarantee the accurate completion of required metadata and documentation

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in coordination, training, or similar positions is advantageous

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Exceptional communication skills in English

• Familiarity with the local language is preferred but not essential

• Capability to work independently and manage various responsibilities

• Availability to assist with onboarding and operational activities as required
