Team Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Oversee local participants involved in the project.

• Assist with onboarding processes, including communication and guidance for new participants.

• Help schedule sessions and ensure timely participation.

• Provide support for device logistics and procurement as needed.

• Facilitate the smooth execution of local sessions and activities.

• Monitor and ensure the accurate completion of required metadata and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in coordination, training, or similar roles is advantageous.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Knowledge of the local language is preferred but not essential.

• Capability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

• Availability to assist with onboarding and operational activities as necessary.
