Teaching and Learning Specialist – Associate Director or Program Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ghana.

📋 Description

• Assist the Director of Teaching and Learning in creating high-quality teacher guides, student books, and additional materials.

• Ensure that materials are guided by the most recent evidence on effective teaching practices.

• Adapt materials to meet the needs of all students, including those with learning differences.

• Provide continuous monitoring and coaching to country teams on effective pedagogical strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• For the Associate Director position: at least five years of relevant experience is necessary.

• For the Program Analyst position: a minimum of two years of relevant experience in international development, education, or nonprofit sectors is required.

• Knowledge of the science of reading and structured pedagogy approaches is essential.

• Exceptional attention to detail is a must.

• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
