This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wyoming.
β’ Assist students throughout their educational experience
β’ Offer motivation, accountability, and personalized support
β’ Work in partnership with colleagues across the program
β’ Evaluate and grade student learning logs, providing prompt feedback
β’ Engage with students in various settings in a synchronous manner
β’ Guide and tutor students enrolled in designated courses
β’ Customize resources and support to cater to individual student requirements
β’ Communicate with parents to offer guidance and assistance
β’ Attend IEP meetings as necessary and collaborate with stakeholders
β’ Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
β’ Valid teaching certification in Wyoming
β’ Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
β’ Strong belief that each child is unique and benefits from personalized learning
β’ Compassionate, organized, patient, and a reliable communicator
β’ Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.)
β’ Confident in the ability to master various online tools, systems, and applications
β’ Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
β’ Access to a smartphone, high-speed internet, computer, and webcam
β’ Authorized to work in the U.S. (but can reside/work from any pre-approved location)
β’ Experience in non-traditional educational programs is preferred
β’ Residency in Wyoming is preferred, but not mandatory
