Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wyoming.

📋 Description

• Assist students throughout their educational experience

• Offer motivation, accountability, and personalized support

• Work in partnership with colleagues across the program

• Evaluate and grade student learning logs, providing prompt feedback

• Engage with students in various settings in a synchronous manner

• Guide and tutor students enrolled in designated courses

• Customize resources and support to cater to individual student requirements

• Communicate with parents to offer guidance and assistance

• Attend IEP meetings as necessary and collaborate with stakeholders

• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented environment

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid teaching certification in Wyoming

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities

• Strong belief that each child is unique and benefits from personalized learning

• Compassionate, organized, patient, and a reliable communicator

• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.)

• Confident in the ability to master various online tools, systems, and applications

• Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision

• Access to a smartphone, high-speed internet, computer, and webcam

• Authorized to work in the U.S. (but can reside/work from any pre-approved location)

• Experience in non-traditional educational programs is preferred

• Residency in Wyoming is preferred, but not mandatory
