This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Support students through instruction and collaboration.

• Evaluate and provide feedback on student learning logs, ensuring timely and actionable insights to facilitate student advancement.

• Engage with students in various formats including 1:1, small groups, or larger group settings.

• Mentor and provide tutoring to students enrolled in designated courses.

• Develop interactive lessons, activities, and learning experiences.

• Adapt resources and assistance to address individual student requirements.

• Identify students at risk and coordinate appropriate intervention strategies.

• Communicate with parents to offer guidance and support.

• Attend IEP meetings as necessary and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.

• Work alongside fellow educators to exchange expertise and support students throughout the program.

• Program & Team Contribution.

• Contribute to the program by supporting a designated group of students while also undertaking additional responsibilities depending on team and student needs.

• Engage in a collaborative, positive, team-focused environment that prioritizes student success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid teaching certification in Utah.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong belief in the uniqueness of every child and the value of personalized learning.

• Kind, organized, patient, and reliable communicator.

• Proficient with Google Workspace (including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.).

• Confident in learning and using a variety of online tools, systems, and programs.

• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines with little supervision.

• Access to a smartphone, high-speed internet, computer, and webcam.

• Eligible to work in the U.S. (may reside/operate from any pre-approved location).

• Experience in non-traditional educational settings is preferred.

• Residency in Utah is preferred, though not mandatory.
