This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer motivation, accountability, and personalized assistance to students and their families
• Evaluate and assess student learning logs, delivering prompt and constructive feedback
• Engage with students in individual, small-group, or large-group formats
• Guide and tutor students enrolled in designated courses
• Develop captivating lessons, activities, or educational experiences
• Customize resources and support to address each student's unique needs
• Recognize at-risk students and facilitate pathways to intervention
• Communicate with parents for advice and support
• Participate in IEP meetings as required
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to exchange knowledge and expertise
• Fulfill grading and related teaching responsibilities
• Valid teaching certification in Indiana
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong belief that every child is unique and benefits from tailored learning approaches
• Compassionate, organized, patient, and a reliable communicator
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.)
• Confident in the ability to master various online tools, systems, and applications
• Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines with limited supervision
• Access to a smartphone, high-speed internet, computer, and webcam
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (but can reside/work from any pre-approved location)
