This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist students throughout their academic journey
• Engage directly with students and their families to offer support and accountability
• Collaborate with team members across the program
• Mentor and tutor students in the courses assigned to you
• Develop dynamic lessons, activities, or learning experiences
• Customize resources and assistance to address the unique needs of each student
• Recognize at-risk students and facilitate appropriate intervention strategies
• Communicate with parents to provide necessary guidance and support
• Participate in IEP meetings as required and work with relevant stakeholders
• Valid teaching certification in Texas
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong belief in the uniqueness of every child and the importance of personalized learning
• Compassionate, organized, patient, and a reliable communicator
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.)
• Confident in the ability to master various online tools, systems, and platforms
• Capable of working autonomously and meeting deadlines with minimal oversight
• Must have access to a smartphone, high-speed internet, computer, and webcam
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (can reside and work from any pre-approved location)
