This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.
β’ Assist students throughout their educational experience.
β’ Offer motivation, accountability, and personalized support.
β’ Engage with students in one-on-one, small group, or large group contexts.
β’ Develop captivating lessons, activities, or learning experiences.
β’ Customize resources and assistance to cater to individual student requirements.
β’ Recognize at-risk students and facilitate suitable intervention pathways.
β’ Communicate with parents to offer guidance and support.
β’ Participate in IEP meetings as required and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
β’ Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented environment focused on student achievement.
β’ Valid teaching certification in North Dakota.
β’ Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Strong belief in the uniqueness of each child and the advantages of personalized learning.
β’ Compassionate, organized, patient, and a reliable communicator.
β’ Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.).
β’ Confident in the capacity to learn various online tools, systems, and programs.
β’ Ability to operate independently and meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
β’ Access to a smartphone, high-speed internet, computer, and webcam.
β’ Authorized to work in the U.S. (but can reside/work from any pre-approved location).
