This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.

📋 Description

• Assist students throughout their educational experience.

• Offer motivation, accountability, and personalized support.

• Engage with students in one-on-one, small group, or large group contexts.

• Develop captivating lessons, activities, or learning experiences.

• Customize resources and assistance to cater to individual student requirements.

• Recognize at-risk students and facilitate suitable intervention pathways.

• Communicate with parents to offer guidance and support.

• Participate in IEP meetings as required and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented environment focused on student achievement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid teaching certification in North Dakota.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong belief in the uniqueness of each child and the advantages of personalized learning.

• Compassionate, organized, patient, and a reliable communicator.

• Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.).

• Confident in the capacity to learn various online tools, systems, and programs.

• Ability to operate independently and meet deadlines with minimal oversight.

• Access to a smartphone, high-speed internet, computer, and webcam.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. (but can reside/work from any pre-approved location).
