This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and provide feedback on student learning logs, ensuring timely and actionable insights to enhance student growth.

• Engage with students in synchronous formats, whether in 1:1, small group, or large group scenarios.

• Act as a mentor and tutor for students enrolled in designated courses.

• Design and implement captivating lessons, activities, and learning experiences.

• Customize resources and assistance to accommodate individual student needs.

• Recognize at-risk students and facilitate appropriate intervention pathways.

• Communicate with parents to offer guidance and support.

• Collaborate with fellow educators to exchange knowledge and assist students throughout the program.

• Valid teaching certification in Nevada.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Strong belief that each child is unique and thrives through personalized learning.

• Compassionate, organized, patient, and a reliable communicator.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.).

• Self-assured in the ability to adapt to various online tools, systems, and programs.

• Capacity to work independently while meeting deadlines with minimal oversight.

• Access to a smartphone, high-speed internet, computer, and webcam.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. (with the flexibility to live and work from any pre-approved location).
