This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
β’ Assist students throughout their educational experience
β’ Engage directly with students and their families to offer support and accountability
β’ Collaborate with team members throughout the program
β’ Assess and evaluate student learning logs, providing constructive feedback
β’ Conduct synchronous sessions with students in various settings (1:1, small-group)
β’ Design interactive lessons and customize resources to suit individual requirements
β’ Identify students at risk and coordinate intervention strategies
β’ Maintain communication with parents
β’ Participate in IEP meetings as necessary
β’ Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented atmosphere
β’ Valid teaching certification in Minnesota
β’ Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities
β’ Strong belief in the uniqueness of every child and the importance of personalized learning
β’ Kind, organized, patient, and reliable communicator
β’ Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.)
β’ Eagerness to learn various online tools, systems, and software
β’ Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
β’ Access to a smartphone, high-speed internet, computer, and webcam
β’ Authorized to work in the U.S. (but can reside/work from any pre-approved location)
β’ Experience in non-traditional educational programs is preferred
β’ Residency in Minnesota is preferred, but not mandatory
