Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Assist students throughout their educational experience

• Engage directly with students and their families to offer support and accountability

• Collaborate with team members throughout the program

• Assess and evaluate student learning logs, providing constructive feedback

• Conduct synchronous sessions with students in various settings (1:1, small-group)

• Design interactive lessons and customize resources to suit individual requirements

• Identify students at risk and coordinate intervention strategies

• Maintain communication with parents

• Participate in IEP meetings as necessary

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented atmosphere

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid teaching certification in Minnesota

• Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities

• Strong belief in the uniqueness of every child and the importance of personalized learning

• Kind, organized, patient, and reliable communicator

• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.)

• Eagerness to learn various online tools, systems, and software

• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines with minimal oversight

• Access to a smartphone, high-speed internet, computer, and webcam

• Authorized to work in the U.S. (but can reside/work from any pre-approved location)

• Experience in non-traditional educational programs is preferred

• Residency in Minnesota is preferred, but not mandatory
