T&D Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Plan, oversee, and implement projects of moderate to large scale to support electric utility operations.

• Manage the complete lifecycle of substation or transmission initiatives.

• Oversee design, permitting, construction, and community outreach efforts.

• Collaborate with and lead various project stakeholders.

• Ensure deliverables and services surpass client expectations.

• Proactively identify project opportunities and facilitate go/no-go decisions.

• Prepare and present client presentations, along with negotiating contracts.

• Take responsibility for internal project finances, staffing, legal coordination, and risk management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

• Project Management experience specifically in transmission and substation engineering projects.

• Proven track record of delivering complex projects and/or programs with high quality, on schedule, and within scope and budget.
