TD and E-TD-Scrummaster – Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Mentor and guide the Scrum Team in implementing Agile practices and principles to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to our clients.

• Foster the development of high-performing teams by identifying strengths and areas for improvement, utilizing effective coaching and development strategies.

• Ensure a comprehensive understanding of Scrum within the team and adherence to Scrum theory, practices, and guidelines.

• Support the Scrum team in achieving self-organization, developing cross-functional skills, and enhancing domain knowledge while promoting effective communication both internally and externally.

• Collaborate with the Scrum Team and both internal and external stakeholders to influence decision-making and support organizational project or product teams.

• Address team impediments alongside other Scrum Masters to enhance the application of Scrum within the organization.

• Partner with Agile coaches and fellow Scrum Masters to grow professionally and exemplify Servant leadership skills.

• Contribute to the evolution and enhancement of Agile practices within the organization.

• Facilitate and support all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-9 years of robust experience in Agile delivery methodologies.

• Familiarity with one or more industry-standard Agile PM tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps/Trello/Smartsheet Confluence.

• Understanding of an Agile framework or methodology (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

• Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness to work across US and UK time zones.

• Preferable experience in Agile Transformation Projects.

• Knowledge of waterfall methodologies.

• Proficiency in JIRA administration and configuration.

• Experience in Agile Coaching.

• Business analysis capabilities.

• Experience in the Pharmaceutical Sector.

• Ability to conduct an Agile maturity assessment.

• Flexible to engage in US and UK time zones.
