TBM and FinOps Solutions Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement the growth strategy for the ETVA Solutions Advisory function.

• Align solution offerings with market dynamics, client needs, and platform capabilities.

• Collaborate with Global Delivery, practice, and go-to-market leaders to expand outcome-based solutions.

• Drive strategic pursuits, new-client acquisition, as well as upsell and cross-sell initiatives.

• Create value propositions and executive-level proposals.

• Provide guidance to VP- and CXO-level stakeholders.

• Convert business challenges into technology and operational model solutions.

• Define business value, ROI, and transformation roadmaps.

• Ensure adoption and measurable results across all engagements.

• Lead the design and development of offerings in ITFM, FinOps, TBM, SPM, Workforce Management, and EAM.

• Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to create scalable solutions and ensure feasibility.

• Work alongside Sales, Marketing, and Delivery on go-to-market strategies.

• Support enablement and field-readiness initiatives.

• Represent Cprime at industry events, conferences, and analyst engagements.

• Publish thought leadership on technology value optimization and financial management.

• Enhance Cprime’s reputation in technology consulting and value realization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in technology consulting or internal delivery of ITFM, FinOps, TBM, and Strategic Portfolio Management services.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Master’s degree is preferred.

• Demonstrated success in practice-building, solution development, and revenue growth.

• Extensive experience leading complex, enterprise-level programs.

• Strong business development experience, including multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

• In-depth understanding of technology financial management and value-realization frameworks.

• Experience with Apptio financial management platforms.

• Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders effectively.

• Strong leadership experience in managing distributed, high-performing teams.

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
